          Hey everyone!  Hope you are all doing well, thank you for catching up with me once again!  So basically, last blog post I informed you guys about the "organizer" spreadsheet I created.  It's meant to help keep myself up to date with all things house, kids, food, husband and myself related HAHA!  I also mentioned the two other resources I use for my chores list and Dinner planning.                   I must say I have been even more organized than I had even planned.  I was able to effortlessly have dinner ready when I wanted, the house stayed clean(for the most part considering I have a "make mess" programmed 2-year old), I was even able to add-in unplanned visits to the hospital for my grandma and my brother and aunt coming from out of town to stay at my parents as well.  I'd say for the first week this was a hit!           In all of our efforts as p...

                  Well hello everyone!  I am a bit rusty on blogging, yet eager to start again.  I can't understand what makes the days fly by so quickly when we want to savor them and drag on for days when we wished them to hurry up!  Maybe it's that old adage "you always want the opposite of what you've got"... or something to that effect.  There never seems to be much time for anything lately but here I am.  I have come so far from my last post.  So much time has passed and things have changed... I have always loved to cook, mostly Italian and Puerto Rican food (considering those are my nationalities) but the last few years I have really tried to expand my kitchen. I've tried different foods with pretty great success! Nothing has been too scary for me to try and whip up, maybe not all have been the greatest but hey, always fun trying lol. I recently discovered the joys of baking, and let me just say there is NOTHING like made from scratch baked goods or foods. I was having a nice conversation with my little cousin tonight and I have come to realize they think I'm a square. Lmao I am the boring one! Ugh, I knew this day would come lol. I just want to be sure everyone is continuing their prayers for the victims, the families and the sweet children devastated by the Newtown Massacre!!! Days pass by and those who weren't directly impacted can kind of forget... But it's important to always keep PRAYER in mind for all near and far. First lets have a moment of prayer and silence for those innocent people who lost their lives today's and those poor sweet harmless children! I cannot begin to understand, the news I heard today. My heart is aching from such sadness, I don't know what to say. The coward that took all these lives, will meet his own doom now. But that doesn't begin to repair the pain or help to drown the doubt. There's too many questions unanswered too many hearts in pain. How could he take so many lives and take his own the same? What ever could a child do that would make him point that gun. I think the time has come when we need to all start getting a little more REAL! Stop treating your children as if they are adults and they NEED to be watched, and challenged and GUIDED!!
