First of all lets take a moment to remember those who were not able to make it with us in this new year a special dedication to my brother who passed away a few years ago on this very day Steven A. Mercado RIP! Today my personal journey begins I will be getting married and therefore I will be starting my weight loss mission! I would love feedback on exercise ideas for toning arms and abs!!
