Hello everyone, first lets take a moment to reflect on those who have recently passed away... May God bless your family and friends with peace, love and strength. Thank you so very much for joining me on my blog tonight. I just want to share a challenge... I have always loved to cook, mostly Italian and Puerto Rican food (considering those are my nationalities) but the last few years I have really tried to expand my kitchen. I've tried different foods with pretty great success! Nothing has been too scary for me to try and whip up, maybe not all have been the greatest but hey, always fun trying lol. I recently discovered the joys of baking, and let me just say there is NOTHING like made from scratch baked goods or foods. I have made the following items so far from scratch....  Biscotti, pie crust for pumpkin and apple pie, pizza dough, PASTA noodles(which are like ribbons of silk when made at home, soooooo very much better than store bought) coffee cake, banana nut muffins, rice pud...

There's many things in life that can inspire something in each of us. For me personally I think a huge inspiration is words...song lyrics...poetry. I just find something so powerful in what you can say and how things can be put in such a way that can literally be said in different ways to persuade a reaction. Take that age old adage "you can get more with honey than with vinegar"... My cousin Pauline is one person that I always remember saying this lol. But truth be told is is exactly right. You can say the harshest of things but if your words are not malicious I think that it makes all of the difference....

Hello friends, first lets take a moment to say God bless the sweet souls of ones we have lost recently.....  Thank you for taking the time to read my blog, I know it's been a while but I am once again able to be a stay at home mom and I have more time to update everyone on my day to day! I want to leave my mark somehow on this world and writing is one of my deepest passions. Hey everyone and thank you for joining me on my blog tonight! This post is especially for my (Scadetti Head) cousin Stephanie... I was having a nice conversation with my little cousin tonight and I have come to realize they think I'm a square. Lmao I am the boring one! Ugh, I knew this day would come lol. When I was younger I was the type of kid who worked all throughout high school, never partied, always liked just hanging with close friends at the mall or a good restaurant. My immediate family even calls me bubble girl....go figure. I am afraid of heights, I once flew frequently to and from NY now I hate flying I do not like boats either....Geez I guess I should be in a bubble huh?
